TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STOCKING BUFFY

Please review these terms for becoming a Buffy stockist before placing your order. Placement of an order is confirmation that you agree with these terms.

Minimum order is $240 at wholesale rates, including GST (i.e. $480 RRP full price with 50% discount implemented)

Turnaround time is up to approx. 3-5 business days however we always endeavour to despatch as soon as possible.

We will not be held responsible if products have sold out.

Postage and handling is free with your wholesale order. Your order will either be sent via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location. We are not responsible for postage durations. If you would like express post, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Wholesale pricing includes packaged item.

Change of mind: Cancellation to orders must be emailed to hi@getbuffy.com immediately.

Payment fees may not be refundable.

Product standards: All Buffy products are sold as is. No alterations/modifications/changes can be made to the shipped products. The order in which the products are received are the way they are to be sold. You have purchased these as a Buffy product, to be sold under the Buffy brand name, protected under Australian Intellectual Property Rights, copyright and registered trademarks.

Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and are current at the time of sending. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to withhold supplies of goods to a company that engages in 'loss leader selling'. That is, purchasing goods with the intention of selling the goods below their cost. This exemption does not apply to genuine clearance sales.

Minimum orders: A minimum order of $250 at wholesale rate including GST, excluding shipping is required on all purchases.

Product availability: There are times when we may be out of stock of some items or there may be a lead time for reorders/making products. We unfortunately cannot guarantee product restocks or delivery duration to meet a certain deadline, especially when postage times are to be considered. Please contact us prior to order if you would like an indication of restocks. Our website has live inventory so ordering a product and adding notes that it be swapped to another item will result in the order being cancelled and reissued.

Payment: Payment is required in full before items are despatched. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Accepted payment method are via credit card through ourwholesaleportal (MasterCard/Visa Only). All products remain the property of Buffy until paid for in full.

Exclusivity: We reserve the right to choose who stocks Buffy products. Whilst we do not guarantee exclusivity of our products in any town/city/region for any reseller, we understand the importance of working closely with our customers to ensure the best outcome for all. If an order hasn't been placed within 6 months, we reserve the right to consider applications for other local stockists.

Shipping: Though we aim to have your shipment going out as soon as possible, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Parcel items can be tracked within Australia, if you would like additional insurance or cover, please confirm before you place your order.

Faults/exchanges: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. If there is no notification within this time, the goods will be deemed as satisfactory. We always strive to ensure the products you purchase from Buffy are of high quality and reach you in good condition. If they don't or you are not completely satisfied with them for some other reason, contact us immediately to discuss. If a replacement is required, please return the items to us as soon as possible and products will be replaced if this is the agreement made. In the event that we are unable to replace the goods (e.g. If the product is out of stock or discontinued), we will provide a credit or refund. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after receipt.

Returns: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

Third-party retail websites/stores: We do not permit any of our wholesale customers to sell on third party retail websites or in stores (within Australia or internationally). We supply products to approved stockists in your own store (bricks & mortar, market stall and/or online) only.

Product images: We are happy to supply product images upon request. We request that you do not lift/copy images from our website or social media without obtaining permission as they may be subject to copyright laws from other photographers. Styled imagery sometimes cannot be supplied to our wholesale customers.

Branding + labelling: When displaying our products, any Buffy branding/labelling is to remain visible at all times. When displaying items on your website, it is required to state that the products are Buffy (due to trademarking and intellectual property rights). Buffy is a recognised brand, and it provides you with a positive brand association, optimal SEO (search-engine results), with which will assist with search and sale of products.

Social media: We love receiving tagged posts (@getbuffy on Instagram and 'Buffy' on Facebook) on social media as it gives us an opportunity to continue to promote you as a stockist, especially if any followers may be local to you. We will be happy to announce your store as a new stockist to assist with boosting awareness of your Buffy affiliation. Any mentions of Buffy as a brand or in regards to products on your social media are to be kept in a positive light, otherwise we reserve the right to request modifications or terminate our wholesale relationship.

International Wholesale: We are happy to consider wholesaling our products anywhere in the world—please contact us to discuss postage options and pricing. We will do our best to provide you with the most cost-effective options for postage, however it will include tracking to help prevent from losing stock. We will not alter product value on customs forms to potentially reduce your domestic import tax as we have strict shipping guidelines as a business with Australia Post and will not jeopardise our account.
